We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for yet another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to discover out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband 1st left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that right after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any more. He said he needed time apart and did not wish to tell her where he was going. He took a big amount of money out of their joint bank account which he stated he required to set himself up in a brand new location to live.
Whilst waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less dollars into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was quite strange behaviour for him and entirely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may possibly have another woman as a similar factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could help as we had helped her inside the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just right after he had left our client.
We were able to supply our client with all of the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that right after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had probably been having an affair with this woman for a lot of years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
